Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for employing advanced, non-machine-learning analytical methods to explore well-defined business inquiries, synthesize findings, and provide actionable insights.

• Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to accurately define issues, analyze and explore data, and present outcomes in a manner that influences business decisions.

• Utilize SQL and Excel to transform complex data into straightforward, actionable insights.

• Create, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance for executive stakeholders.

• Convert analytical findings into a coherent, persuasive narrative supported by charts, figures, and tables.

• Produce professional, polished presentations in PowerPoint, conveying insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical senior-level audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis is essential.

• Proven expertise in SQL and Excel, including experience in data visualization, is required.

• Outstanding communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and present to senior leaders.

• Detail-oriented and data-savvy, possessing strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.

• Solid grounding in statistics, with the capability to apply appropriate analytical techniques.

• Experience in the cable/telecom industry is highly advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
