• Take charge of the intake, prioritization, and execution of data and reporting requests from the Development, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting workflows utilizing data from Sigma, Snowflake, and Virtuous CRM.
• Generate regular weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables that are essential for leadership and the executive team.
• Analyze cross-functional data to support the fundraising strategy, operational decision-making, and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure quality assurance and validation of high-visibility reporting deliverables.
• Recognize opportunities to refine reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and boost operational efficiency.
• Create lightweight internal tools, scripts, and automations using modern AI-assisted development methodologies.
• Contribute to ongoing data quality, operational, and CRM-related initiatives within the Development department.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
• Proficient SQL skills and experience with relational databases and large datasets.
• Experience in building dashboards and transforming business inquiries into actionable reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracy and quality control.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and function independently.
• A keen interest in modern AI tools and a readiness to integrate them into daily workflows.
• Strongly preferred: experience with Snowflake.
• Strongly preferred: experience with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Strongly preferred: experience with donor or CRM platforms such as Virtuous or Salesforce.
• Strongly preferred: experience working within a ticketing or intake management system.
