This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Create, develop, and implement dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Sigma, and various other BI tools to satisfy business needs.

• Examine intricate data sets with SQL to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that guide business decisions.

• Oversee BI platforms (Tableau Server, Sigma), managing user access, permissions, automations, and content assets.

• Regularly monitor and validate report data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability.

• Curate and structure data for reporting purposes, guaranteeing well-organized data that fulfills business requirements.

• Sustain and enhance DBT pipelines to ensure data quality and transformation efficiency.

• Document business requirements and develop specifications for needs that require advanced data engineering.

• Address BI tool inquiries and collaborate with training teams to support user education.

• A minimum of four years of experience in Data Analysis and Analytics.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and skills in relational database interaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Domo, Looker, etc.) is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups).

• Basic understanding of client service principles.
