• Timely respond to data inquiries from various teams.

• Analyze and interpret intricate datasets to derive actionable insights.

• Create and sustain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI.

• Employ SQL for data extraction and transformation processes.

• Comprehend and oversee ETL pipelines to ensure data synchronization.

• Leverage AI assistants to enhance data-related tasks.

• Collaborate with product, sales, technology, and customer success teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Clearly and compellingly present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong expertise in SQL, including joins, CTEs, and window functions.

• Proficient in extracting data from data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.

• Knowledge of BI and dashboard tools, including Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, or similar platforms.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in analytics workflows.

• Basic understanding of ETL principles.

• Familiarity with ETL tools like AWS Glue, PySpark, or similar is advantageous.

• Experience with Python (pandas) for data analysis and automation is a plus.

• Knowledge of dual-source or streaming data pipelines is beneficial.

• Familiarity with AI-powered BI functionalities is recommended.

• Basic understanding of APIs and integrating AI tools within data workflows.
