This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on significant projects involving data visualization, data analysis, AI automation, and data curation alongside the Business Finance team.

• Partner with the Business Finance team to develop data and analysis strategies.

• Take ownership of assigned analytics initiatives from inception to execution.

• Collect business requirements and provide actionable recommendations at the executive level.

• Create AI-assisted tools and automated workflows for data exploration, ad-hoc reporting, and forecasting.

• Mentor and assist in the development of peer analysts.

• Advocate for analytics best practices and principles of data governance.

• Facilitate project management, strategic decision-making, and long-term planning.

• Remain updated on industry trends, AI, ML, and best practices in data analytics.

• Independently manage analytical challenges from definition to recommendation.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with business and finance stakeholders.

• Achieve measurable business enhancements through analytics, experimentation, or AI.

• Minimize manual analysis through automation and reusable analytical resources.

• Enhance decision-making through clear, evidence-based recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.

• Proven experience in delivering a scalable AI or analytics solution that has impacted a business decision, improved a process, or facilitated stakeholder self-service.

• Intermediate skills in SQL and relational databases; Snowflake experience is preferred.

• Strong expertise in Python.

• Proficiency in Tableau and other BI/data visualization tools.

• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Salesforce and Excel.

• Exposure to AI-enhanced analytical tools.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, data storytelling, and executive presentation abilities.

• Intermediate skills in analytical and quantitative analysis.

• Experience with best practices in data governance.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; Agile experience is an advantage.

• Experience supporting an FP&A and/or Business Finance team in a dynamic environment.

• Mentoring capabilities.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as finance, computer science, statistics, informatics, or information systems is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Availability to work from 6:00 pm–3:00 am IST, including a break.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in India.
