• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports that track key performance indicators, supporting decision-making processes.
• Prepare written analyses, visualizations, and presentations for management reviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist in the evaluation of data systems and tools, suggesting enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency.
• Operate independently on assigned projects while ensuring open communication with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data processes and analytical methodologies.
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or business) OR 8 years of equivalent relevant experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Proven expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
• Practical experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and principles of data modeling.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining collaborative and responsive to team needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
• Experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance processes.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience in statistical analysis, data warehousing, or federal/government reporting environments.
