Data Analyst, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the technical implementation of the institutional data strategy.

• Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Artificial Intelligence at Fundación Capital.

• Integration, processing, analysis, and visualization of data.

• Development of analytical solutions and AI use cases that enhance outcome measurement, institutional learning, and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Analytical thinking, curiosity, attention to detail, results orientation, continuous learning ability, and collaborative work.

• Proficiency in SQL.

• Python skills for data analysis.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Advanced Excel capabilities.

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.

• Data integration and modeling experience.

• Understanding of data governance and quality fundamentals.

• Applied statistics knowledge.

• Ability to construct indicators and dashboards.

• Familiarity with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or others).

• Preferred experience in monitoring and evaluating social projects.

• Language skills: Fluent English, capable of participating in meetings, delivering presentations, and preparing working documents in an international setting.
