Data Analyst, ACO Operations – Part Time, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Organize and interpret data in various formats to assist Pearl’s provider submission process, including ACO Operations team workflows.

• Develop and sustain structured datasets and tracking tools to facilitate team reporting, utilizing AI tools.

• Work collaboratively across departments to identify and resolve provider submission and workflow issues.

• Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset in every task.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current undergraduate student, recent graduate, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in Google Workspace products, especially Google Sheets.

• Demonstrated experience in organizing, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse formats.

• Resourceful with the ability to utilize online tools and research methods to gather information.

• Outstanding attention to detail, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively articulate complex concepts.

• Healthcare experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
