This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360, both internally and with clients.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to help unlock data from various enterprise systems of customers.

• Assist in exceeding Customer objectives and metrics while offering insights on best practices for Data 360.

• Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter.

• Ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT) scores by guaranteeing value is achieved through each engagement.

• Manage multiple strategic clients concurrently to meet or exceed utilization targets.

• Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to foster ongoing growth of services and expansion within assigned accounts.

• Relevant experience with Salesforce Data 360 or equivalent experience with Customer Data Platforms.

• Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud; related certifications are a plus.

• Preferred experience in data warehousing.

• Experience in data management, data transformation, and ETL, ideally using cloud-based tools and infrastructure.

• Skills in Data Architecture, including data profiling, data quality analysis, and familiarity with MDMs and fuzzy matching conventions.

• Strong ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling tools.

• Expertise in gathering and analyzing information related to data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution.

• Proven capability to influence group audiences, facilitate solutions, and lead discussions.

• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is advantageous.

• BA/BS degree or an equivalent foreign qualification.

• Willingness to travel as needed (anticipated to be less than 50%).
