This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and precise information delivery.
• Support customers with product inquiries, technical assistance, and resolution of issues.
• Handle order processing, returns, and complaints while upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
• Keep abreast of product knowledge, services, and industry developments.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records within the CRM system.
• Aim to surpass customer expectations and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Native or fluent in Danish; proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Prior experience in customer service, support, or a related sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage difficult situations with composure and effectiveness.
• Competence in utilizing CRM systems and basic computer software.
• A customer-centric approach complemented by a positive and proactive demeanor.
• Interest in the automotive or electric vehicle sector is desirable.
