This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to Booking.com travelers and partners through various channels.

• Assist with changes to travel plans, reservation questions, and intricate tourism-related issues.

• Uphold high customer satisfaction levels within the dynamic global tourism industry.

• Accurately document all interactions in the customer management system.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Booking.com, ensuring a top-notch travel experience for every customer.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to enhance service delivery.

• Manage high-volume communications in Danish with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in English for internal training and communication purposes.

• Possession of a valid EU passport, which is required for this role in Greece.

• A genuine passion for the tourism sector and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Strong computer skills.

• Excellent multitasking abilities.

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
