Danish Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support to Danish-speaking clients.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent or native Danish speaker (C2 level).

• Proficient in English (B2 level) for internal communications and systems.

• Must currently reside in Braga (mandatory).

• A customer-focused attitude with robust problem-solving abilities.

• Required to possess an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
