This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing assistance to both guests (B2C) and partners (B2B) through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Your responsibilities will encompass managing reservations, handling account inquiries, processing payments, and making necessary modifications.
• Must possess native-level proficiency in Danish (C1+ level) with exceptional written communication abilities.
• Strong command of English (B2+ level) is essential for training purposes, system navigation, and internal communications.
• Proficient PC skills (including Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting) with the capability to multitask across various systems.
• Previous experience is not mandatory! While a background in hospitality or customer service is beneficial, we will provide comprehensive training on everything you need to succeed.
• Gross Base Salary: €1,530 gross/month
• Potential for an additional 10% of your gross salary (contingent upon meeting performance targets)
