This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
β’ You will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting guests (B2C) and partners (B2B) through phone, email, and chat communications.
β’ Responsibilities include managing reservations, overseeing account management, processing payments, and making modifications.
β’ Proficient in Danish at a native level (C1+), with outstanding written communication abilities.
β’ Strong command of English (B2+ level) for training purposes, navigating systems, and internal communications.
β’ Competent PC skills (Windows, keyboard shortcuts, and basic troubleshooting) with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
β’ No previous experience is necessary! While a background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous, we will provide comprehensive training on all essential aspects.
β’ Opportunity to earn up to an additional 10% of your gross salary based on target achievements.
