This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Providing assistance to customers through phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Addressing pre-sales inquiries and performing basic technical troubleshooting.
• Modifying the brand's 'voice' to ensure a supportive and personable experience.
• Referring more complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
• Must be a native Danish speaker.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level.
• Previous experience in technical support or a background in troubleshooting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Capacity to maintain organization while working remotely.
• Net meal allowance of €7.23 for each working day.
• Support for relocation, including flight reimbursement.
• Option to rent a room in a shared apartment for €280/month (deducted from the payslip).
• Health insurance provided after 6 months of employment.
• Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial period.
