This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer and client inquiries.
• Employ phone calls, emails, and chats to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver daily support and advise clients on best practices for their business.
• Address customer questions regarding our clients' new and existing services and solutions, as well as handle complaints with professionalism.
• Tackle issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner.
• Aim for excellence in every interaction, focusing on enhancing product usage and customer loyalty.
• Commit to achieving both personal objectives and team goals.
• Proficiency in Danish.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
• A keen interest in digital banking and payment solutions is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a problem-solving approach.
• Technologically savvy with a quick learning curve.
• A genuine sense of ownership paired with a strong team spirit.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
