Damage and Repair Specialist – KFZ Fachmann, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess, question, or authorize repair quotes for our fleet of vehicles

• Digitally process incoming invoices utilizing our internal invoice management systems

• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to enhance fleet availability, ensuring the long-term viability and mutual advantage of our partnerships

• Assist in monitoring invoice volumes in collaboration with Damage Management and Accounts Payable

• Contribute to ongoing initiatives within the department

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in damage or claims administration

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

• Proficient in both written and spoken German, with a professional level of English

• Detail-oriented, precise, and enjoys organized tasks

• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
