D365 Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead discussions on supply chain modules with a focus on techno-functional ownership.

• Work with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules, preferably in Finance.

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing phases.

• Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into D365 solutions.

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and support post-go-live.

• Oversee Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams.

• Offer insights on solution architecture along with practical functional expertise.

• Mentor junior consultants and ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Engage directly with client leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 20+ years of total experience.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O.

• D365 Certifications are required/preferred: MB-300 (Core), MB-310 (Finance), MB-330 (Supply Chain).

• Proven track record in implementation (end-to-end projects).

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to function effectively in client-facing, fast-paced settings.

• Hands-on functional expertise in Finance modules (for F&O roles).

• Experience with European clients (preferred for F&O roles).

• Strong techno-functional skills (essential for Supply Chain role).

• Previous experience in solution design/architecture (important for Supply Chain role).

• Ability to independently lead workshops and develop solutions (critical for Supply Chain role).
