This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Collaborate closely with the MCA Connect team (including the Production/Manufacturing Consultant, the Finance/Accounting Consultant, and the Supply Chain Consultant) to ensure that implementations align with customer expectations.
• Deliver cross-functional expertise and guidance regarding the configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP.
• Achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and quality results.

• Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP.
• Lead the transition from strategic business transformation decisions to the successful execution of those decisions during the project phases.
• Guide the MCA Connect project teams in defining functional requirements and documenting solution designs; manage and oversee detailed design/requirements meetings to comprehend clients’ business needs and conduct gap analysis.
• Ensure the quality of the design, configuration, and testing of core Dynamics 365 ERP modules.
• Review design requirements prepared by the functional team and deliver recommended changes while adhering to methodology.
• Specify and communicate requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to the development team, and test completed solutions.
• Engage with client senior leadership to facilitate critical business decisions.
• Actively participate as the “Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Expert” in the Executive Steering Committee.
• Facilitate and ensure appropriate cross-practice coordination.
• Encourage collaboration, brainstorming, and active learning.
• Support the technical lead with inquiries regarding customizations, estimates, and timelines.
• Project team support and management – 30%
• Ensure that projects and project team members adhere to MCA Connect methodology standards, including compliance with any Statements of Work (SOW).
• Collaborate with the technical lead to create and implement the final system cutover plan for Go Live.
• Work alongside the Project Manager and technical lead to define an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) plan for the transition from project implementation to post-Go Live maintenance, whether customer or partner maintained.
• Manage and provide senior support to the client for user documentation generation.
• Manage and provide senior support for training end users and system administrators.
• Offer business technical support and guidance to empower the functional team to build and take ownership of the solution.
• Assist the functional team and customer with data migration plans, reconciliation strategies, and data cleanup recommendations.
• Aid the customer with LCS initial setup.
• Assist the customer in creating an Azure DevOps test plan, including CRP/UAT test cases, linking to user stories, and ensuring completion and sign-off.
• Support and monitor pass/fail CRP/UAT issue resolution, risk escalations, acceptance, and mitigation planning.
• Mentor the team to facilitate knowledge transfer, project success, and overall career growth.
• Provide specific scoping documentation to the Project Manager for generating subsequent Statements of Work (SOWs) as needed.
• Share responsibility with the Project Manager for creating periodic status reports for both project team members and the executive leadership team (ELT).
• Collaborate with the technical lead and Project Manager to track customizations, deliverables, and timelines for completion.
• Oversee support for the technical lead and functional team regarding debugging and identifying code issues.
• When applicable, attend Microsoft FastTrack meetings, provide necessary documentation and/or training for the Go Live checklist, and comply with Microsoft FastTrack policies.
• Manage ISV decisions, design, and collaboration with the functional team.
• Oversee the design, awareness, and review of all integration plans.
• Monitor and coordinate Microsoft version updates. Train, schedule, and guide customers to manage release and pause schedules.
• Monitor project completeness, milestone activities, and sign-off tasks.
• Promote continuous learning, D365 feature enhancement reviews, and deployment.
• MCA representation and Communication – 5%
• Develop and deliver content for both internal and external training, communication, and marketing.
• Represent MCA Connect at promotional and educational events.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a functional lead in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations.
• At least 4 complete lifecycle implementations (from Analysis through Deployment) of Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Distribution WMS.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Supply Chain/Production/Finance, or achievement of certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Strong industry experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution.
• Working knowledge of industry-specific best practices.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent.
• Fluency in English.
