D365 Customer Insight Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Administration and support for D365 CID

• Assistance and correction of data pipelines

• Monitoring, observability, and root cause analysis

• Integration with Microsoft Fabric

• Delivery in a customer-facing environment

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering, data operations, or BI/analytics engineering

• Practical experience in production environments with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

• Strong expertise in Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2

• Ability to read, debug, and modify .NET / C# applications effectively

• Solid foundation in SQL and data modeling

• Disciplined approach to incident management

• Experience providing support to customers across various time zones
