D365 CRM Functional Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• This position is for one of the clients of Weekday.

• Engage with clients to grasp their requirements.

• Perform manual testing for D365 CRM modules.

• Identify and document defects.

• Create comprehensive testing documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience.

• Expertise in Manual Testing within Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Testing Methodologies.

• Ability to prepare Test Plans, Test Cases, and Traceability Matrix.

• Proficient in using Azure DevOps and Jira.

• Experience in Functional, Regression, and System Testing.

• Skilled in Defect Tracking and Bug Reporting.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Marketing, and Service Modules.

• Experience with D365 Portal Testing.

• Competence in API Validation using Postman.

• Understanding of Agile and Scrum Frameworks.

• Strong Client Interaction and Communication Skills.
