This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist MCA Connect in providing exceptional customer service by collaborating with clients to create and implement technical solutions utilizing Dataverse and Microsoft’s Power Platform.
• Engage in multiple projects weekly, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of tasks to our clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and document functional requirements and solution designs.
• Design, develop, and implement technical customizations for clients using Power Automate Flows, C# plugins, JavaScript, Dual Write, and Power Fx.
• Address technical support challenges associated with Dataverse and Dynamics CE implementations.
• Oversee small-scale projects for client-requested Power Apps.
• Assign development tasks to offshore teams and manage the development group.
• Construct, test, and implement data migrations and integrations.
• Diagnose issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor and prioritize new support cases.
• Foster and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Be prompt in responses and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to established standards and methodologies.
• Enhance individual utilization rates.
• Pursue ongoing professional development by setting specific annual training objectives.
• Over 3 years of experience in solutioning and developing Power Automate Flows.
• More than 3 years of experience developing C# plugins and JavaScript for Dataverse applications.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dual Write.
• Over 3 years of experience creating custom Model Driven and Canvas apps on Dataverse.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE or F&O implementations.
• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong aptitude for building customer relationships.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English.
