This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver customer support to clients who speak Czech
• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
• Support customers with the products and services offered by the company
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
• Fluent or native Czech speaker (C2 level)
• Proficient in English (B2 level) for internal communication and system usage
• Must currently reside in Braga (mandatory)
• A customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Required to hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit
• Base Salary: €9300 per month, distributed over 14 months
• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to €45 additional based on achieving targets
• Braga Position Bonus: An extra €20 per month for local talent
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (provided via meal card)
