This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the development and upkeep of the Cybersecurity Framework, which includes policies, controls, and the risk model.
• Work closely with cybersecurity and business stakeholders to pinpoint and align essential cybersecurity requirements.
• Integrate relevant framework elements into a cohesive and consistent model throughout the organization.
• Oversee and report on framework artifacts to guarantee their accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize tools like ServiceNow IRM and the Unified Compliance Framework to establish a harmonized and efficient governance environment.
• Propel ongoing enhancement of the framework through proactive engagement with global stakeholders.
• Generate framework reports and dashboards leveraging existing enterprise tools.
• Contribute to robust governance practices that bolster the overall cybersecurity posture.
• Over 6 years of experience in IT/Information Security Governance within large, global organizations or consulting settings.
• Experience in governance or framework management, including familiarity with industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or COBIT.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of ServiceNow IRM and Unified Compliance Framework (UCF).
• Relevant security or risk certifications (CISSP, CGEIT, CISM, CRISC) are advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities.
• Capacity to work on an international scale, which may include occasional travel.
