Cyber OT Security Sales Lead – Process Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting an annual goal of $9-12 million.

• Identify and actively seek out new business prospects within the OT Cybersecurity sector.

• Foster and sustain long-term client relationships across various industries.

• Work closely with internal teams to design and provide tailored Cyber OT security solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, threats, and regulatory requirements specific to OT Cybersecurity.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations for potential clients.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.

• Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to boost the company’s visibility in the OT security landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity sales or a related field, with a demonstrated history of success in selling complex security solutions.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in the OT Cybersecurity domain.

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity products and solutions, especially those relevant to Operational Technology environments, including but not limited to network security, incident response, and risk management solutions.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to explain intricate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong negotiation abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and the skill to build relationships that drive sales success.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
