Cyber Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team to establish a systematic approach for handling and managing security requests, breaches, or cyberattacks.

• Execute first responder and triage activities to evaluate potential risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and management tasks.

• Oversee and manage security tool consoles, ensuring all alerts are addressed and incidents are escalated promptly.

• Carry out risk and vulnerability assessments.

• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and procedures used by attackers.

• Investigate alerts, anomalies, errors, intrusions, and malware for signs of compromise.

• Take responsibility for cyber security call queues, ensuring tickets are resolved in accordance with defined SLAs.
