This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• System Administration & Optimization: Manage and enhance essential GTM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight), ensuring data accuracy, system scalability, and user engagement.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Partner with GTM leadership to outline system requirements, assess new technologies, and create a strategic roadmap for GTM systems that aligns with organizational goals.
• Integration & Data Flow Management: Develop, implement, and oversee integrations between diverse GTM systems and other critical business platforms, ensuring precise and timely data flow throughout the organization.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Recognize opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements within GTM workflows, utilizing system capabilities to enhance operations and boost team productivity.
• User Support & Training: Offer expert-level assistance to GTM teams, resolve system issues, and create training materials to ensure effective utilization of GTM tools by users.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into GTM performance, system usage, and data integrity.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with GTM system vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and discussions on product roadmaps.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that GTM systems comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and adhere to internal governance policies.
• Project Management: Lead and manage GTM systems projects from inception to completion, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in GTM systems administration, operations, or a comparable role, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce.com.
• Technical Proficiency:
• - Advanced administration experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (certifications preferred).
• - Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
• - Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
• - Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is advantageous.
• - Strong knowledge of data models, integration patterns, and API utilization.
• - Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to enhance GTM performance.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Project Management: Proven capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to think strategically about GTM systems and their influence on overall business objectives.
