This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of intricate CX AI enablement projects, starting from strategy formulation and content creation to global, cross-functional implementation.
• Collaborate with CX leadership to prioritize AI enablement projects that are in alignment with the broader corporate strategy and key organizational objectives.
• Create and facilitate a variety of training experiences, such as AI Foundational Enablement and AI Product enablement, which include interactive workshops and scalable, self-service modules.
• Work alongside stakeholders to build and implement AI and program enablement strategies that enhance productivity and prepare the field.
• Develop a consistent communication plan for CX AI, ensuring regional and global teams are adept in adapting to evolving AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to shape the creation of revenue-wide AI enablement resources and enhance customer-centric value propositions.
• Propel the advancement of the CX Customer Journey by refreshing AI engagement touchpoints, which include transitioning consumption and enhancing AI consulting skills for the field.
• Utilize data and insights to monitor the performance of enablement programs and provide recommendations that improve productivity and field readiness.
• Expertise in AI Enablement, demonstrating an eagerness to explore AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance scale and productivity across the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in leading impactful, cross-functional initiatives and operational scaling within a SaaS environment for over 4 years.
• Proficient in creating structured, repeatable enablement frameworks derived from complex, high-level strategic goals.
• Background in enablement program management with an emphasis on business analysis and achieving operational excellence.
• Experience in change management with a proven history of successfully aligning diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
