This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in the organization and preliminary analysis of incoming materials;
• Aid in executing actions that encourage market activity;
• Participate in research, mapping, and outreach efforts within the market;
• Provide support for customer service, ensuring effective and organized communication regarding the status of processes;
• Input, update, and maintain records in the system/CRM (Pipedrive), guaranteeing orderly pipeline management;
• Operate in alignment with the consultancy's established processes, standards, and values.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or similar fields (from the 2nd or 3rd semester onward);
• Availability for an internship (working hours to be determined);
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace;
• Familiarity with AI tools;
• Basic knowledge of Canva (preferred);
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Pipedrive).
