This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• The USG-Wide PMO Lead is tasked with supporting RTX (Collins, P&W, Raytheon, BBN, RTRC) in utilizing its contract vehicles to enhance new business acquisition, expedite transactions, and boost business revenue.
• This role involves establishing, developing, and sustaining strong customer relationships and partnerships with government IDIQ PMOs.
• The USG-Wide PMO Lead oversees a team that operates across various geographic locations.
• Responsibilities encompass all facets of PMO management, including workload management, personnel oversight, operational tasks, business development, contract supervision, proposal creation, financial management, and ongoing task order monitoring.
• The PMO collaborates directly with RTX performers, from verifying potential task orders to proposal generation.
• This role also entails fostering relationships with government end-customers to inform and assist them in utilizing their vehicles effectively.
• The position interacts with all management levels within RTX, participating in performer Gate Reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Within the CVC, the individual presents at the monthly Operating Review and attends weekly staff meetings.
• This individual will act as the representative for their contract vehicles at company-wide training occasions, executive meetings, and performer inquiries regarding potential applications.
• Travel will be necessary for significant training events or when requested to deliver presentations to customers.
• Additionally, this role includes leading proposals and capture efforts for new contract vehicles associated with the USG-Wide portfolio under the guidance of the CVC Senior Director.
• A University Degree is typically required along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; alternatively, an Advanced Degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of experience; or, in the absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with IDIQ contracts and task orders is essential.
• Familiarity with government acquisition and contracting processes, including negotiation and deal-making to reach mutual agreements.
• The ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with both internal and external customers to promote business growth.
• Proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering concise briefings to senior leadership on programs and challenges.
