This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• You will be the primary point of contact for Cardlink's corporate clients, focused on addressing their inquiries and providing updates regarding the use, functionality, and after-sales support of POS terminals.

• High school diploma.
• Proficient in computer skills and the English language.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be considered an additional asset.
• Availability of 6 or 8 hours of your time, 5 days a week, across morning and afternoon shifts.
