This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead and oversee a team of Customer Representatives to achieve exceptional sales results by effectively identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Offer coaching and support to Customer Representatives to enhance their skills and overall performance.
• Manage training initiatives and all personnel-related processes for the customer team, ensuring continuous development and optimal allocation of resources.
• Build and sustain a high-performing customer team that aligns with organizational objectives and customer expectations.
• Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time to support team and customer engagement initiatives, which may occasionally require overnight stays.
• Foster a high-performing, motivated sales team culture, ideally with experience in the Cardiovascular therapeutic area.
• Guide teams through transitions and challenges employing situational coaching and emotional intelligence.
• Set an example with a growth mindset and adaptability, while nurturing trust and openness to effectively support teams during periods of change.
• Communicate clearly and transparently to adapt customer engagement strategies within the Cardiovascular market and beyond.
• Actively listen to comprehend customer objectives and build meaningful relationships across the organization.
• Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to reach shared goals.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical sector.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in Science, Business, or Healthcare discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, coach, and inspire successful sales teams, preferably within the Cardiovascular market, with prior Field Sales Management experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience coaching sales teams to effectively utilize tools and technology for gathering customer insights and enhancing sales impact is preferred.
• Experience in selling and leading teams in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industries is preferred.
