This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the entire fulfillment process for tours — from ticket acquisition and supplier assignment to client support during the tour.
• Validate and organize forthcoming bookings, ensuring that all logistics, timing, and service components are flawlessly coordinated.
• Generate precise operational communications, encompassing tour reminders, client updates, and supplier confirmations.
• Interact with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms to offer support, handle last-minute changes, and address on-tour issues with composure and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively with the Operations, Guide Management, and Sales teams to guarantee seamless delivery and outstanding client experiences.
• Employ problem-solving skills and prioritization in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations, managing multiple demands while ensuring accuracy.
• Remain updated on changing products, procedures, and conditions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel operations, fulfillment, or ticketing within the travel sector.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and precision.
• Able to maintain composure under pressure — excels in dynamic, fast-paced, multitasking settings.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in handling client correspondence.
• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.
• Proficient in digital collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk (or similar platforms).
• Flexible and adaptable, willing to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Team-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating remotely within a multicultural team across Europe.
• Commitment to continuous learning, receptiveness to feedback, and a genuine passion for tourism and guest experience.
• Proficiency in additional European languages (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience in managing ticketing for cultural sites or attractions is an advantage.
• A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Necessary working equipment provided if required.
• Medical insurance available after 3 months of employment.
