This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver technical assistance to clients utilizing the platform
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to the platform
• Guide customers in navigating and comprehending system features
• Elevate complex technical matters as needed
• Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
• Aid in the creation of support documentation and knowledge repositories
• Collaborate with AI support tools and automation systems
• Recognize recurring customer challenges and propose process enhancements
• Prior experience in a technical customer support or customer success position
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Comfortable with learning and utilizing software platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
• Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk, Fin, Intercom, or similar
• Ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
• Meticulous attention to detail and capability to work autonomously
• Bonus Experience: Familiarity with GoHighLevel SaaS or experience in property management software
• Experience in implementing support systems, AI support tools, or knowledge bases
