This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct and finalize testing procedures.
β’ Assist clients of one of our partners, a leading player in the streaming media and entertainment sector.
β’ Establish a connection with callers by sharing your enthusiasm for movies, TV shows, and animated content.
β’ Offer technical support and troubleshooting for streaming services.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve guest experiences and address inquiries.
β’ Proven experience in a customer service or contact center setting, with a dedication to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
β’ Familiarity with streaming, including basic troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of streaming services on devices such as phones and smart TVs.
β’ Basic keyboarding skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
β’ Background in technical support.
β’ Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving problems.
β’ Ability to multitask effectively while utilizing multiple applications at once.
β’ Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
