This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and prompt manner.
• Diagnose customer issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex challenges.
• Support customers with order processing, account management, and product/service details.
• Recognize customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic assistance.
• Remain informed about company products, policies, and procedures.
• At least 2.5 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to swiftly assess customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, and helpdesk tools.
• Strong organizational skills and a capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• Experience in accounting/finance is beneficial but not required.
