This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Engage with customers through phone, live chat, and email to effectively address issues, adapting to variations in the volume of incoming inquiries.
• Implement troubleshooting methodologies to test, replicate, and investigate technical questions, removing obstacles and assisting customers in getting back on track swiftly.
• Recognize and diagnose software problems to enhance the product experience for our customers.
• Leverage internal resources and tools fully to learn and adapt within a rapidly evolving product and industry.
• Utilize business insight during customer interactions to proactively discover opportunities for business growth through our software, converting those opportunities into leads for the Sales team.
• Deliver thoughtful, empathetic, and comprehensive solutions tailored to each customer, considering their overall HubSpot experience to help them grow their businesses effectively.
• Collaborate within HubSpot—working with teams such as Customer Success and Product—to retain and expand our customer base on the platform.
• Serve as a role model and trusted advisor, demonstrating HubSpot values and a customer-centric approach in every interaction.
• Must be fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish—ADVANCED PORTUGUESE FLUENCY IS ESSENTIAL as you will be assisting Portuguese-speaking customers in this role.
• Self-motivated, consistently curious, and eager to learn, exhibiting a growth mindset.
• Performance-driven, showcasing a strong customer-first mentality by delivering high-quality service to a steady number of customers daily.
• Excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity, working independently while using sound judgment to make customer-focused decisions.
• Open to receiving regular feedback and coaching to enhance the skills necessary for success in this role.
• Capable of understanding and utilizing documented knowledge, as well as current and emerging technologies to provide top-tier support.
• Driven to build technical skills and gain comprehensive knowledge about our product and relevant technical concepts.
• Available for varied weekday shifts from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm Colombian time, with potential weekend shifts. Overtime and holiday shifts are optional, and shifts may vary based on business needs.

• Must be fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish—ADVANCED PORTUGUESE FLUENCY IS REQUIRED to assist Portuguese-speaking customers in this position.
