This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer support to clients through phone and email communication.

• Diagnose software issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Conduct thorough training sessions for both new and current users of Ava, occasionally in-person and primarily remotely.

• Create and update customer-facing materials, such as user guides, training manuals, and video tutorials.

• Work closely with the development team to identify software bugs and suggest areas for enhancement.

• Keep informed about the latest features and updates related to Ava EMR.

• Communicate detailed information to customers regarding new releases, including updates to Ava’s website.

• Play a role in the continuous enhancement of our Customer Support processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an MOA in a medical office or hospital environment.

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a valued asset.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Capacity to effectively solve problems and implement solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to train individuals clearly and concisely.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, including the creation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.

• Familiarity with Ontario systems (e.g., Ontario Health, OntarioMD, ConnectingOntario ClinicalViewer, OLIS, HRM, DHDR, MCEDT).

• Understanding of relevant legislation, including PIPEDA and FOIP.

• Self-driven with a robust work ethic and a commitment to ongoing learning.
