This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Efficiently oversee the company's communication platforms, including live chat, emails, and phone interactions.
• Recognize and evaluate customer needs to guarantee a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective leads and current clients through phone, chat, email, and the client portal.
• Deliver prompt and precise support to clients within designated time frames.
• Keep and update CRM records with all customer engagements and actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams by creating and assigning tasks for inquiries requiring further investigation.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients and arrange callbacks to ensure issues are resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Function independently as well as within a team-oriented environment.
• Comply with standard operating procedures and adhere to company policies consistently.
• Demonstrated experience in a customer support or client service capacity.
• Background in Forex trading or financial markets is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional command of English and either Portuguese or Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong telephone communication skills complemented by active listening capabilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on a weekly rotating shift schedule (including morning, afternoon, and night shifts in the near future).
