This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

• Experience in a contact center or customer service role.
• Higher vocational education qualification.
• Native proficiency in Slovenian and Croatian, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in English (B2 level).
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Solid understanding of customer satisfaction metrics.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Open to diverse cultural perspectives.
• Capable of prioritizing, analyzing, planning, and coordinating in a high-volume environment.
