This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Process and oversee customer orders from initiation to delivery.

β€’ Address customer inquiries related to orders, bookings, payments, delivery tracking, and general assistance.

β€’ Collaborate with customers, practitioners, and pharmacy/delivery partners.

β€’ Follow up on pending orders and inquiries.

β€’ Re-engage past customers through reminders and follow-up communications.

β€’ Support with general administrative duties and light content-related tasks as the role develops.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

β€’ Professional and assured communication abilities via email and phone.

β€’ Dependable, responsive, and available for calls when necessary.

β€’ Self-driven with a proactive mindset.

β€’ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

β€’ Experience with Canva or basic graphic design skills (preferred).

β€’ Background in managing or creating social media content (preferred).

β€’ Prior experience in health, wellness, telehealth, e-commerce, or order administration (preferred).
