
Customer Support Specialist, Native or Fluent German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries through Zendesk on a daily basis regarding topics such as access, payments, invoices, and contract-related questions.
• You will oversee payment activities in Thrivecart, managing adjustments such as installment plans, payment pauses, revoked payments, and the dunning process.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks, which include creating invoices and other necessary documents, as well as maintaining customer information in platforms like Memberspot.
• You will handle cases related to withdrawals and cancellations, ensuring a seamless process.
• You will escalate customer inquiries to the appropriate departments, such as Consulting, HR, or Marketing.
• You will resolve PayPal buyer protection issues and manage the internal dunning process via email and postal communication, leading up to debt collection if necessary.
• You will independently document and enhance our support workflows.
• Prior experience in customer support and familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk.
• A solid grasp of administrative and financial procedures, especially in payment processing and invoicing.
• An extremely precise and detail-oriented approach to accurately manage customer data.
• The capability to work autonomously and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers confidently, even in challenging situations.
• A solution-focused attitude and a readiness to document and refine processes.

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level is required.
