This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage international customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
• Efficiently assess customer needs and offer professional guidance
• Record interactions and cases in ticketing and CRM systems
• Monitor and coordinate ongoing issues
• Collaborate closely with the team and specialized departments
• Provide feedback to enhance processes continually
• Strong customer service orientation
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Team-oriented individual; thrives in an open, collaborative company culture
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• High flexibility with regard to working hours
• Proficient in German and English (C-level); knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
