This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Quickly and efficiently address client concerns: Manage issues presented by retail and corporate clients through our CRM platform.
• Provide Client Guidance: Offer expert insights on bookings and our range of products.
• Engage in Communication: Interact with suppliers, hotels, and clients through both email and phone channels.
• Utilize Systems: Efficiently operate CRM systems and our internal databases.
• Proficiency in English: Upper Intermediate level (both verbal and written).
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate kindness, empathy, resilience under pressure, politeness, and a sense of responsibility.
• Quick Learning Ability: Capable of learning swiftly while maintaining a focus on results.
• Technical Requirements: Must possess a functioning computer and microphone.
• Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel market and booking systems is a plus!
