This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues related to antivirus software.
• Support customers with application problems, ensuring they can utilize all features available.
• Offer advice on effectively using antivirus features for optimal security.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and requests for account maintenance.
• Assist with subscription management, including processing cancellations and refunds.
• Deliver clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve technical challenges and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, precise, and effective solutions.
• Document and organize customer interactions in a systematic manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the customer support experience.
• Native or fluent German speaker with a proficient command of English (Level B2 or above).
• Prior experience in customer support or technical services.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues over the phone.
• Strong knowledge of antivirus software and general cybersecurity is advantageous.
• Comfortable working remotely while providing voice-based customer support.
• Capable of handling sensitive matters such as cancellations and refunds with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
