This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Serving as the primary support contact for customers by addressing inquiries related to our products through inbound calls, callback requests, and email communications.
• Conducting test scenarios or remote sessions with customers as required in both German and English.
• Taking responsibility for user issues and proactively managing customer concerns.
• Recording customer inquiries and issues within Salesforce.
• Collecting information from customers and systems to troubleshoot issues with assistance from next-level support.
• Collaborating independently and with other teams to resolve complex problems while consistently enhancing knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Exceptional communication skills are a must, with the ability to convey information effectively in both written and verbal forms in German and English, and to simplify complex concepts for all customers.
• Previous experience in customer-facing IT support (aiding with software and hardware configuration/troubleshooting).
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and analytical abilities, alongside the capacity to prioritize tasks and learn new technologies swiftly.
• A collaborative team player who shares best practices, embraces change positively, and manages time efficiently.
