This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Addressing customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Overseeing returns, refunds, and payment processing.
• Investigating delivery problems and liaising with carriers and couriers.
• Reviewing orders and managing business-related inquiries.
• Collaborating with financial institutions and internal teams as necessary.
• Implementing PCI and GDPR standards while handling sensitive customer information.
• Utilizing an internal Knowledge Base to identify complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level (training and internal communication conducted in English).
• Attention to detail with the confidence to make independent decisions.
• Ability to work towards personal and team KPIs.
• Experience in back-office operations or SAP is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
• Residing in mainland Portugal.
• Possession of a valid NIF number and CRUE registration.
• A reliable internet connection at home.
