This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to banking, payments, and cards.
• Deliver clear responses and solutions, consistently adhering to the client's procedures and compliance standards.
• Resolve issues including card concerns, transaction inquiries, app access, or account modifications.
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
• Uphold high service quality by employing an empathetic, professional tone and achieving established performance metrics.
• Native or advanced proficiency in Dutch.
• B2 level or above in English.
