This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshooting account or technical issues and forwarding them as necessary
• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in German at C2/native level
• English at B2 level or higher
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
• Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, depending on the project)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week prior to the start date (for on-site positions)
• Competitive salary (€1,100 - €1,500) plus monthly performance bonuses
