This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Handling customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshooting account or technical issues and escalating as necessary.
• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in German at C2/native level.
• Proficient in English at B2 level or higher.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Flexibility for on-site or remote work with rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, depending on the project).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week prior to the start date (for on-site positions).
